CHEESE FONDUE
What better way to chase away the winter blues than with a huge pot of molten cheese? As the nights get darker and the weather turns chilly, this dipping sensation is perfect for any cheese lover. Our Swiss mountain fondue includes Gruyere and Emmental cheese melted with dry white wine and kirsch liqueur then seasoned with roasted garlic and nutmeg. To dip, options include French baguette, new potatoes, soft pretzel, steamed broccoli and nacho chips. The perfect dish to share with a loved one.
RACLETTE
Indulge in the taste of the Alps with the Greyhound Inn’s take on the traditional Swiss alpine meal; Raclette! Raclette is the ultimate cheesy sharer, you can choose from: Crispy Seasoned Fries or Herb Roasted New Potatoes, then you can decide on BBQ Smoked Pulled Pork, BBQ Grilled Smoked Sausage, Shredded Brisket or Mediterranean Ratatouille! A oozy dish smothered in melted Swiss raclette cheese and served with dressed salad and cornichons!

CHOCOLATE FONDUE
If our savoury options aren’t mouth-watering enough, you can upgrade to our Chocolate Fondue. What can be better than dipping fresh strawberries, soft marshmallows or churros into warm milk or white chocolate fondue? TO DIP – options include strawberries, banana slices, salted pretzel, churros, marshmallows. Add a boozy twist on this festive favourite with Baileys or Kalhua.
CHRISTMAS COCKTAILS
Wash down our après ski delights with a warming mulled wine– or for something a little stronger, you can opt for one of our homemade cocktails in flavours such as Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini, Balieys & Chocolate Martini, Strawberry Daiquiri, Pina Colada, Margarita, Mojito or our Forager Orange Marmalade.

Our garden and marquee has been transformed into a festive-filled ski lodge for après style dining where you can be transported into the mountains in the Alps with snow, festive lights and alpine ambiance. The spirit of Alpine beneath the magical ruins of Corfe Castle provides the perfect atmosphere for a catch up with friends.
Looking for a slightly more romantic feel? Cuddle up in a blanket as you admire the gorgeous views of Corfe Castle beaming with gleeful lights and Christmas spirit, all whilst enjoying a delicious Alpine delight.
