Born in the heart of Transylvania, Alex has been with the Greyhound Inn for over 5 years. In his 17 years as a chef, he has been fortunate to work with and learn from some of the best chefs in the country His journey to becoming a chef was inspired by his love for creating delicious and memorable dishes that bring people together.

Alex finds immense joy in being the head chef, where he can lead a talented team, curate exciting menus, and ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. For Alex, cooking is not just about preparing food, but about creating meaningful and joyful experiences that bring people together, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
