Imagine being whisked away to the enchanting Alps, right here in the heart of Corfe Castle. Our Northern Lights Apres Ski Lodge and Bar is where it all happens. Step inside our fully covered and heated marquee, and you’ll instantly feel the cozy vibes, ensuring even the chilliest evenings are filled with warmth and joy.

And oh, the aromas! As you walk into our marquee you will be met with the mouthwatering scents of alpine delights that will transport you to a winter wonderland. Our chefs have worked their magic, creating a menu inspired by the snowy peaks and pristine landscapes of the Alps. From hearty Bavarian Schweinshaxe, sizzling schnitzels, creamy Swiss Mountain Fondue, to authentic Bratwurst, every dish tells a story of mountain tradition and flavour.

But that’s not all! Whether you’re a fan of classic mulled wine, spiced mulled cider or one of our signature hot cocktails, there’s something to make your heart sing on our Apres-Ski drinks menu!

Les Fondus de La Raclette @ The Northern Lights Apres Ski Lodge and Bar

Choose from:
• Swiss Mountain Fondue: Gruyere and Emmental cheese melted with dry white wine and kirsch liqueur then seasoned with roasted garlic and nutmeg. For dipping, indulge in French baguette, boiled new potatoes, steamed broccoli, or Nacho chips.

• Raclette: The Greyhound Inn’s take on the traditional Swiss alpine meal. Swiss hard cheese melted over your choice of potatoes, with pulled pork, shredded brisket, ratatouille, and more!

And to sweeten the experience, don’t forget to finish with our decadent Chocolate Fondue. Indulge in warm milk chocolate fondue with strawberries, banana slices, salted pretzels, churros, marshmallows, and more! You can even add Baileys or Kahlua for an extra touch.
